1.      What would be the annual carrying cost, if the order size is 200 units where the holding cost is Rs. 2 per unit?

2.      How would you illustrate the problems that you may encounter in scheduling the service operations? (3 Marks)
3.      Usage of a work center is 200 parts per day and a standard container holds 20 parts. It takes an average of 0.14 day for a container to complete a circuit from the time the Kanban card is received until the container is returned empty. Compute the number of Kanban cards (containers) needed. X = 0.20
