About 60% of MCQs were conceptual
Some of the long questions i remember were:

What do you mean by Accularation. What are its significances. (5)
Importance of CRM (5)
Develop an appeal on newly launched candies and sweets. (5)
Characteristics of Complaining mood customer (3)
Remaining questions were conceptual which i don't remember. Surprisingly and shockingly there was nothing from important topics, which is very discouraging. University should set some sort of level of pattern of papers. Currently it depends on student's luck that what sort of paper is exposed!
