In a Johnson counter, the Q‟ (Q‟ compliment) output of the last flip-flop of the shift
register is connected to the data input of the first flip-flop.
In a Ring Counter , the Q output of the last flip-flop of the shift register is connected to
the data input of the first flip-flop of the shift register.

ANSWER : A codec (coder/decoder) is a device that converts an analog signal into a digital
signal. Mobile phone converts signals from digital to analogue and from analogue to
