Total Mcqs: 40 (mix;new and old)
The sujective Qs are as follows:
1. advantages of memo.
2. benefits of overhead transparancies.
3. reasons for importance of outline in organizing stage.
4. what do you know about letters of congragulations.
5. after delivering the dissappointing news the major task is to end the message with an upbeat note, write some guidelines to end the message at a cheerful (upbeat) note.
