 Such as he was worldwide famous by his unique trait or quality. He places himself at the highest level of need called self equalization.

BOUNDRYLESS ORGANIZATION:
                                                                  Those organizations called boundary less organization whose limit is not defined by or horizontal, vertical or divisional structure is determined by the management. In these organization employees are encouraged to participate in decision making process. These organizations encouraged the feedback which is received form supplier, customers and other market intermediaries. These have a wider span of control and decentralized.
                                              Today the organization which are in strategic alliance, joint venture and  internet based organization are called boundary less organization.
 One of the major responsibilities of a manger is to represent the organization on different forums to the outside world. Considering this major duty which role is said to be performed by a manager? What importance this role holds in an organization? 5
 After analyzing the above scenario, the manager is performing the role of liaison for the organization. Because he is representing the organization at the various forms as a symbol of the organization. This role is have a great impact on the general public like media, press and different government agencies who are interested in the operation of the organization. He explains the role of the organization to the general public and if there is any misconception in the public mind, it his duty to address to confront the misconception and remove all the fears of the organization.
Moreover, if sometime organization want to release any information in the general public he is the one who distribute the information through media, press conferences and electronic media.
 In order to maintain more motivated, committed & satisfied workforce, how reward system can be improved? 5
Reward is the return in the shape of (money, facility, fringe benefit and wages) for performing an activity in the organization. To keep the worker motivated the reward system should be fulfil the satisfaction of workforce. There are some point are helpful to improve the reward system in an organization.
Reward should be match the  performance level.
It should be given on the basis of performance rather than keeping in view the personal relation with workforce.
Reward must be given on time as promised or described in organization policy.
It should fulfil the distributed equally and fairly among the same level of workforce.
Reward must be matched with the goals that are being achieved by the workforce.
or what reasons organizations are inclined towards developing & implementing a strong control system? 5
Control system must be regulated at the each stage of the organization. There are certain reasons to implement the control system.
To increase the productivity of the organization
To reduce the wastage during the production process
To maximize the profit of the organization
To show the exact financial position to the stakeholder
For increase the level of efficiency of the organization.
To cope with the changing environment
To compete in the market with competitors
Properly allocation of inputs in the organization
To deal with any uncertainty and risk
